EVENT OVERVIEW
Hunter Events — one of the top ten Corporate Event Planners in San Francisco — hosted an International Publisher’s Summit at the Fairmont San Francisco located at the top of Nob Hill in San Francisco. Over 500 attendees from all corners of the globe joined together for an intense and “Ted” styled one day Summit and networking Event.
COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION
As with all Corporate events planned by Hunter Events, the guests were well cared for each and every minute of the Conference. The day-long meetings were packed with so many items of business that taking much time away for lunch was not ideal. Hunter Events offered a sensible solution to this by providing catered lunch buffets during the Summit. The lunch menu was carefully crafted and filled with items such as marinated top sirloin steaks or roasted lemon cod, as well as a variety of salads, Vegetarian and Vegan dishes. Guests were offered refreshments and light snacks to stay energized and focused all day.
VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION
As one of the best event planning companies in San Francisco, our team puts experience and skill to the test to search and selects the finest venues around the world — appropriate to the client’s unique needs. The Fairmont San Francisco Hotel offered visiting guests convenient access to some of the city’s most interesting landmarks. The hotel’s larger spaces and storied history comfortably accommodated all guests during the day-long meeting.
The Grand Ballroom was perfect for the set-up of this Summit. One large single stage was placed front and center with blue up-lighting to brighten the branded podium, company signage and to match the colors of the Summit. One video screen centered the huge stage. A skilled audio-visual team seamlessly deployed the production during the meeting from the back of the house. The day-long meeting was packed with rapid fire speaker presentations and topics to discuss. Therefore it was critical that every minute of each individual presentation was timed perfectly in order to cover all Speakers and items of business. The technology director and audio-visual team, under the direction of Hunter Events, worked tirelessly to keep everyone successfully on task and the meetings within their tight time constraints. At the end of the Summit, guests were invited up to The Crown Room, located on the top of the Fairmont Hotel. The room’s most remarkable feature is the view. Tall, wraparound windows reveal sweeping 270 degree panoramas of the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, Coit Tower and Twin Peaks.
EVENT IMPACT
Guests at this Corporate Conference were able to fully experience the important topics discussed during the Summit and networking opportunities. The Client was pleased at the success of the Conference, as well as the outstanding service and event planning provided by Hunter Events.
