EVENT OVERVIEW

Hunter Events — one of the top ten Corporate event planners in San Francisco — planned and produced a Corporate Nightclub event at Tryst Nightclub (now called “Intrigue” Nightclub) located in The Wynn Hotel, Las Vegas. The exciting event was a customer event for Vizioncore, the leader in virtualization management, and now Quest Software’s Server Virtualization Management group.  The event was in conjunction with a Software Convention held in Las Vegas.

COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION

The guests were focused on networking and mingling during the party, so Hunter Events was careful to craft a menu that would still satisfy without taking away from conversations. An array of hors d’oeuvres and a buffet of gourmet sliders and sides delighted the guests as they moved throughout the party. A dessert bar filled with mini key lime pies and cheesecakes sweetened the experience.

Because no party is complete without an open bar of fine cocktails and top-shelf liquors, a custom-made Ice Luge with the Vizioncore logo and served ice-cold martinis, and was the centerpiece on the ice bar.

VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION

As one of the top event planning companies in San Francisco, Hunter Events puts experience and skill to the test to search and select the finest venues around the world — appropriate to the Client’s unique and specific needs. As with all Conferences, especially those in Las Vegas, there are usually multiple parties available to attendees each night.  Therefore, it was imperative that this party attracted Conference attendees so that the Client could meet and greet as many customers as possible. With that in mind, Hunter Events was sure to provide an incredible experience better than any other competing Conference party — and Tryst Nightclub and the stellar and non stop entertainment fit the bill.

CUSTOM ENTERTAINMENT

This was the quintessential “Only in Vegas” designed and well paced event. Even before the event began, the show started.  Showgirls with custom signage greeted the invite only guests and escorted them down to the Club.  Once inside the Club, the marble floor and walls were neatly emblazoned with Client Sponsor logos that Hunter Events produced and arranged.    There were Vegas Cigar girls, a large Martini Luge etched with the Vizioncore logo, and Vegas show girls dancing a top tall pedestals — all beautifully lit from above.  The entertainment of the evening was carefully choreographed and timed.  There were several custom dance acts and one act which featured the awesome talents of a Vegas pole dancer;  the crowd was in awe of her strength, talent and versatility.  The climax of the event was the custom water act in the pool area outside — which had never been used before for an act at the Club.  Two female contortionists walked in to inflatable life size round clear bubbles — then — gracefully rolled on to the water performing a custom contortion act.  As they did so, the abruptly music changed and the air was suddenly filled with a lite haze. The  theatrical lighting focused on the incredible act and the audience went wild with applause at the conclusion.  Then, the dancing began.

EVENT IMPACT

The unique venue and world class entertainment set this event apart from any other Company Event during the Conference. Vizioncore was beyond pleased with the event, the impressive atmosphere of the Club and the outstanding service and event and entertaining planning provided by Hunter Events. Guests left the Event with their photo GIFs, new connections, and more importantly —  a refreshing impression of Vizioncore.
