Corporate Promotional Event: Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey

EVENT OVERVIEW

Hunter Events — one of the top ten Corporate Event Planners in San Francisco — hosted a Corporate Promotional Event at The General’s Residence at Fort Mason in San Francisco. Hunter Events designed the event and booked the unique talent for this very special promotion.

The promotional event was for Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey. Guests from all over the Bay area were invited to this unique event dubbed as “Poetry versus Puglism.” More to follow…

COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION

As with all Corporate Company Product Launches and Promotional Events, planned by Hunter Events, the guests were well cared for each and every minute of this Event. Besides having full Premium bars and food buffets placed throughout the venue, guests were encouraged to taste Tullamore Dew Whiskey.

VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION

As one of the best Event Planning companies in San Francisco, Hunter Events puts experience and skill to the test to search and select the finest venues around the world — appropriate to the Client’s unique needs. The historic General’s Residence, located in San Francisco, features views of Aquatic Park, Alcatraz, and the far reaches of San Francisco Bay. Recently renovated, the building features a ballroom, dining room, lounge, beautiful foyer. Overlooking the bay, the rear lawn is a beautiful setting for a wedding ceremony or other outdoor event.

Furniture, period decor, props and extensive lighting were brought in and carefully laid out to give the the Residence that ‘lived in’ look. Couches, end tables, candles, Kentia Plan trees, staging and extensive lighting did the trick. The basement featured to authentic Irish boxers, who battled through the night in true Irish style. Bars were covered with crystal, vintage radios, props and the like to achieve the effect

The Client wanted ‘off the boat’ authentic Irish actors to entertain the guests throughout the evening. Besides the Irish two boxers, there was also a rowdy Irish bouncer and two well seasoned Irish actors who mingled with guests throughout the night. An authentic Celtic Band played Irish songs in the main Ballroom — much to the delight of the guests. The Tullamore Dew branding was strategically placed throughout the space. The amount of detail and intricacy of this event is the perfect showcase for what a Hunter Event is all about.

EVENT IMPACT

Guests at the Product Launch were thrilled to fully experience such a unique and authentic Irish event and of course, Tullamore Dew Whiskey. The Client was pleased with the success of the Event, as well as the outstanding service and Event planning and execution provided by Hunter Events.
