The Claremont Resort and Spa in Berkeley, CA. Hunter Events also played a crucial and integral role with the room layout, design, lighting and overall production of this event.
The Conference brought in guests from all over the United States, as well as many local attendees. The Conference began with an Opening Night Reception, followed by two all-day meetings -- including two incredible guest speakers -- and a Closing Night Cocktail Party.
MEAL COORDINATION
As with all corporate events meticulously planned by Hunter Events, every detail was thoughtfully executed to ensure guests felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish. During the day-long conference, attendees were treated to a seamless hospitality experience, beginning with a gourmet breakfast buffet to start the morning on a high note. Throughout the sessions, an array of refreshments and light snacks were readily available to keep energy levels up and minds sharp. A beautifully presented lunch buffet offered a variety of nourishing and flavorful options, accommodating diverse dietary needs. This attention to guest comfort and well-being is a hallmark of every Hunter Events experience, ensuring that clients and attendees alike can focus fully on the content of the event without distraction.
INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKERS AND TALENT
Two very special guest speakers were secured for this Conference.
Alan Stein Jr. a motivational Speaker, is a former acclaimed basketball performance coach. Alan spent 15 years working with the highest-performing athletes on the planet -- including NBA superstars Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and Kobe Bryant. He now transfers that knowledge on stage to teach proven strategies that improve individual and organizational performances.
Closing the Conference was
Rick Lozano – a unique keynote speaker, who combined music, humor and great positive energy to his customized show. Rick is a musician, singer and songwriter. He combines those talents to what was a transformative experience that left the audiences laughing, singing along and raving. More importantly, Rick provided the audience with actionable strategies they can immediately implement to -- create change.
TECHNICAL + AUDIO-VISUAL COORDINATION
No conference, meeting, or corporate event is truly complete without the expertise of a seasoned Technical Director and a skilled audio-visual team. At Hunter Events, the technical and AV components of every program are treated as essential pillars of a successful production. Hunter personally oversees all aspects of the audio-visual execution, recognizing its critical role in delivering a seamless and impactful experience.
We collaborate with experienced Technical Directors who manage every facet of the AV and production process. From sourcing and negotiating the necessary equipment to overseeing the unique technical requirements of each speaker or on-stage group, every detail is handled with precision.
In advance of every event, Hunter Events conducts a thorough technical run-through for all speakers and talent. This rehearsal not only ensures the AV team is fully prepared, but also helps speakers feel confident and comfortable on stage. VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION

The Claremont Hotel and Spa offers large, flexible meeting rooms high atop the scenic Berkeley/Oakland Hills. The hotel’s larger spaces comfortably accommodated all guests during the day-long meetings. Historic reception rooms were also available to accommodate guests at the opening and closing night receptions.
For this Corporate Conference, Hunter Events set the General Session of The Empire Room at
The Claremont Hotel and Spa into an organized and well-designed meeting space. A stage was placed front and center with up-lighting to light the branded podium and company signage. Branded banners were also up-lit and placed throughout the room. Two large video screens flanked each side of the stage. The audio-visual team, under the direction of Hunter Events, seamlessly deployed the live production during the meetings.
