Hunter Events — one of the top ten Corporate Event Planners in San Francisco — hosted a Corporate Conference in The Hyatt Regency San Francisco. Hunter Events also played a crucial and integral role with the branding and messaging for this event.
The Corporate Conference was a 3-day conference and brought in guests from all corners of the United States, Canada and a number of local attendees. The guests participated in an Opening Night Reception, all-day meetings with guest speakers, round table discussions, and a Closing Night Cocktail and Dinner party.
COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION
As with all Corporate Company Events planned by Hunter Events, the guests were well cared for each and every minute of the Conference. Throughout the day-long meetings, guests were provided refreshments and light snacks to remain energized and focused all day.
VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION
As one of the best Event Planning companies in San Francisco, Hunter Events puts experience and skill to the test to search and select the finest venues around the world — appropriate to the Client’s unique needs. Located on the beautiful waterfront of San Francisco, guests were able to explore San Francisco’s vibrant culture and natural beauty from this iconic hotel. The Hotel is near the city’s most celebrated hot spots and steps away from the iconic Embarcadero, the Ferry Building, and Union Square. This upscale downtown hotel — with a soaring 17-story atrium — is a 4-minute walk from the Ferry Plaza Building and its famous farmers market. The hotel’s larger spaces comfortably accommodated all guests during the day-long meetings, and smaller-breakout rooms were offered for more intimate discussions. Specialty reception rooms were also available to accommodate guests at the opening and closing night receptions.
For this Corporate Conference, Hunter Events set the Hotel Ballroom into an organized and functional meeting space. A stage was placed front and center with up-lighting to brighten the branded podium and company signage. Branded banners were also up-lit and placed throughout the room. Two large video screens flanked each side of the stage and an audio-visual team, under the direction of Hunter Events, seamlessly deployed the live production during the meetings. Guests were provided Conference packets at each seat, and experienced the Conference comfortably at long, linen-draped tables.
Guests at the Corporate Conference were able to fully experience the important topics discussed during each meeting, break-out sessions and team building activity. The Client was pleased at the success of the Conference, as well as the outstanding service and Event Planning provided by Hunter Events. Our team was grateful to provide the Client with an impactful 3-day Conference during which their attendees networked, met new faces and reconnected with current work mates. Attendees also learned new information and celebrated awards won — therefore making attendance extremely worthwhile.
