Hunter Events — one of the top ten corporate event planners in San Francisco — hosted an Opening Night Cocktail Reception in the Parc 55 Hilton Hotel located in downtown San Francisco.
The Corporate Opening Night Reception was the first night of a 3-and-a-half-day International Corporate Conference, in which over 350 attendees from all corners of the globe joined together for the all-day meetings, guest speakers, exhibitors and Abstract Scientific Poster viewing, as well as a formal Closing Night Reception and Dinner.
COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION
At the Reception, guests enjoyed an array of delicious food and a selection of fine cocktails throughout the evening. As with all corporate company events planned by Hunter Events, the menu for this reception was carefully crafted and tailored to the Client’s specific needs. Guests dined on local artisan cheeses and charcuterie, as well as a variety of gourmet hors d’oeuvres. The small bites were served at stations throughout the room and included bacon wrapped chicken with pickled jalapeño brochette, Argentinian beef skewers and mushroom Florentine.
VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION

A spacious ballroom was able to accommodate a large number of guests during the reception.
At the Opening Night Reception, Hunter Events dressed the venue in splashes of blue lighting to create a vibrant mood and to match the colors of the conference. A DJ spun upbeat music while guests mingled and enjoyed the casual, yet sophisticated atmosphere. Linen-draped cocktail tables were spaced throughout the room to provide conversation places for guests to mingle about.
Guests at the Opening Night Reception were welcomed to the Conference in a casual and carefree environment, where they were given the opportunity to network and get excited for the Scientific Conference that lie ahead. Everyone enjoyed the sumptuous appetizers and refreshing beverages, and the chance to network with new and old work acquaintances. The Client was pleased with the venue’s hospitality, as well as the outstanding service and event planning provided by Hunter Events.
