EVENT OVERVIEW

Hunter Events — one of the top ten Corporate event planners in San Francisco — hosted a formal Closing Night Reception in the Parc 55 Hilton Hotel located in downtown San Francisco.
The Closing Night Reception was the final night of a 3-and-a-half-day international corporate conference, in which over 350 attendees from all corners of the globe joined together for the all-day meetings, guest speakers and exhibitors, as well as an Opening Night Reception.

COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION

As with all corporate company events planned by our team, the menu for this formal reception was carefully crafted with the help the chef and tailored to the client’s specific needs. Guests enjoyed a plated dinner of gorgonzola petit filet mignon and roasted endive, as well as a variety of gourmet hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Crafted cocktails and mouth watering desserts rounded out the experience.

VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION

At the formal Closing Night Reception, Hunter Events dressed the venue in splashes of pink, purple and orange lighting to create a chic and vibrant mood. This event was hosted in the same room as the Opening Night Reception, so using LED lighting was a cost-effective, yet incredibly dramatic solution to create an entirely different atmosphere for the formal, sit-down dinner. A DJ spun upbeat music while guests enjoyed the elegant evening.

EVENT IMPACT

Guests at the Closing Night Reception enjoyed the delicious cuisine, refreshing beverages and stylish atmosphere of the room — and most importantly, were able to toast to the end of a successful international conference.
