SPEAKER & PRESENTATION Coordination 

We hire an experienced Technical Director to work closely with your team, speakers, and presenters, ensuring their presentation materials and technical requirements are coordinated in advance.

Our planning includes:

• Coordinating slides, videos, scripts, and other presentation materials.

• Confirming each presenter’s microphone preferences and AV requirements.

• Reviewing presentation formats and playback needs with the AV team.

• Maintaining a consistent presentation experience throughout the program.

• As your program develops, your technical requirements may change. We work with the AV provider to keep equipment orders, production schedules, and technical specifications accurate and current.
• From initial planning through final rehearsals, we coordinate updates so the technical team stays aligned with your program, priorities, and budget.

DEDICATED TECHNICAL DIRECTION & SHOW MANAGEMENT

For each conference or event, Hunter Events engages a seasoned Technical Director/Stage Manager to oversee technical production and keep the program running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with the venue and AV provider on equipment, setup, and technical staffing.

• Working directly with your team and presenters on presentation needs and special requirements.

• Developing and managing the technical run of show, including sound, lighting, and video cues.

• Coordinating rehearsals and sound checks around the event schedule.

• Calling the show and directing technical cues throughout the program.
