Events make a comeback in San Francisco: March 2022

EVENT, MEETINGS AND CONFERENCE COMEBACK OVERVIEW: MARCH 2022

Hunter Events — one of the top ten Corporate Event Planners in San Francisco —gladly attended and volunteered at a Corporate Luncheon sponsored by The Rotary Club of San Francisco The Rotary Club organized all of the pre-planning and execution of the event, and, beautifully.

This is the first corporate event Hunter has attended since January of 2020 when Covid hit.  It was beyond joyful to be back and working at an event again with such a great group of selfless people.  It’s as if there were no 2-year pause for Hunter.  The pleasure and palpable energy of being around people – including hotel workers, guests and honorees — was a great ‘welcome home’ for Hunter.  Event planning and producing is Hunter’s life work.

And — working and attending an event that brings people together to support, recognize and celebrate the heroes of the San Francisco’s Emergency Service Workers made this the perfect event for Hunter for a comeback come back in Hunter Events 25 plus year work history.  This was the ideal comeback Event — in every single respect. It was energizing, exciting and heartwarming.

THE ROTARY CLUB OF SAN FRANCISCO

The Rotary Club of San Francisco is one of the most beloved and respected organizations not only in San Francisco, but worldwide. The Club is one of more than 35,000 clubs in over 200 nations and the San Francisco Club is the second oldest Rotary Club in the world.  Their motto is “Service above Self”.

It is an association of business professionals and community leaders who are active in a wide variety of local and International Community Programs.  It supports many projects in San Francisco that address issues like environmental awareness, youth development, literacy and hunger.

The organization offers a unique opportunity to give and grow through strong relationships that they build by providing humanitarian service, encouraging high ethical standards in all vocations, and helping to build goodwill and peace in the world.

SF ROTARY CLUB: HONORING EMERGENCY SERVICE WORKERS IN SAN FRANCISCO

This particular annual Rotary Club event recognized and celebrated the emergency workers of San Francisco.   Perfect.

At this sit-down luncheon event, The Rotary Club honored outstanding representatives of the public safety departments that San Franciscans depend and rely upon on every day.  That includes Police, Fire, Sheriff, Coast Guard, and new this year in 2022, the Department of Public Health — with leaders who were on the battle lines fighting the global pandemic.

Rotarians and guests met the honorees and their loved ones and heard their amazing stories of heroism and dedication, as told by the leadership of each department they represented. This was quite an inspiring and very moving event, showcasing the dedication, bravery and selflessness of our local guardians and their brave actions. The event provided a public forum whereby The Rotary Club and these City department leaders can recognize, thank and congratulate the award winners, cheered on by all audience members.  That they did.

It was an outstanding, well planned, perfectly executed and well-deserved event for these champions of Emergency Care.  And again, it was the ideal comeback Event for Hunter Events to experience.

Please see here for a copy of the program with more information on each honoree and on the sponsors who provided the generous gifts to the honorees for this event.
