Corporate Dinner Event March 2017
Hunter Events — one of the top ten corporate event planners in San Francisco — hosted a formal Corporate Dinner at Alexandra’s inside The Westin St. Francis Hotel in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square.
The Corporate Dinner was the first part of a 3-day conference which brought in guests from all corners of the United States, as well as a large number of local attendees. During the Conference, the guests participated in all-day meetings with guest speakers, round table discussions and team building events. A Corporate Cocktail Reception was also held the final day of the company event.
COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION
As with all corporate Company events planned by Hunter Events, the menu for this formal dinner was carefully crafted and tailored to the Client’s specific needs. Upon arrival at Alexandra’s, the guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring a selection of premium beverages. Hors d’oeuvres of smoked chicken and hazelnut crostinis, phyllo cups filled with Napa fig jam and feta cheese and scallops with an orange dijon glaze were presented on trays by butlers as the guests mingled throughout the room. As the evening progressed, an elegant four-course meal of filet Angus Beef, a roasted California Halibut filet and a variety of delicious side dishes satisfied the appetites of each guest. A chocolate Caribbean mouse with crème brûlée and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas rounded out the experience.

Accessed by five glass elevators and located on the 32nd floor of the hotel’s Tower Building, Alexandra’s has been deemed “the most spectacular special event venue in Northern California.” It has floor-to-ceiling windows with skyline views of San Francisco, highlighting Coit Tower and both the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges. This is an exquisite venue for large social events and the guests at this Corporate Dinner — planned by Hunter Events — could not have been more impressed.
Guests at this corporate company event were prestigiously wined and dined throughout the entire formal Corporate Dinner. The combination of Alexandra’s elegant ambiance, the Chef’s delectable four-course meal and the chance to network with new and old work acquaintances made for an incredible evening. It was a wonderful opportunity for guests to get excited for the Corporate Events that lie ahead. The Client was pleased with the venue’s hospitality, as well as the outstanding service and event planning provided by Hunter Events.
