Computer History Museum Fellows Awards Dinner

EVENT OVERVIEW:

Hunter Events produced the 20th Anniversary and Annual Fellows Awards Event at the world renowned Computer History Museum. Each year, a “who’s who” of the technology world assembles at the museum for a dinner and ceremony to honor the giants who have forever changed the world with their vast accomplishments. The empty room was transformed into an elegant setting for a formal sit down dinner and Awards presentation, making for an unforgettable and truly historic event.

The CHM Fellow Awards honor distinguished technology pioneers—unsung heroes and legends—for their outstanding merits and significant contributions to the advancement of computing and the evolution of the digital age. This prestigious program is supported with collecting, education, research, and media activities that reflect the seminal work of each Fellow and preserves their stories for future generations.

The Computer History Museum:

The Computer History Museum (CHM) in Mountain View, CA stands as a premier destination celebrating the evolution of computing. Home to the world's largest collection of computing artifacts, the cutting edge museum offers visitors an immersive journey through the milestones of technology.

The museum's dynamic architecture and versatile event spaces, such as the 5,537-square-foot Hahn Auditorium and the 2,252-square-foot Leslie Gallery, provide an inspiring backdrop for events of all sizes. With its blend of historical significance and modern amenities, CHM offers a unique venue that bridges the past and future of technology.

Food and beverage coordination:

For this event, Hunter Events partnered with one of San Francisco’s premier catering companies, Taste Catering San Francisco to ensure exceptional food, beverage, and service. From custom menus to flawless execution, every detail was thoughtfully curated to reflect the client’s vision and elevate the guest experience. The result was a seamless culinary program that matched the innovation and sophistication of the venue.

AV, Room Design and Stage Production:

Hunter Events provided end-to-end production for the awards show, managing everything from stage direction and show flow to lighting and technical execution. Beyond running the show itself, our team designed the entire look and feel of the room—curating linens, centerpieces, and table settings with precision. As with any event Hunter Events produces, we carefully planned the room layout, décor, and lighting to create an immersive and cohesive environment that elevated the guest experience and aligned seamlessly with the event’s vision.
