EVENT OVERVIEW

Hunter Events — one of the top ten corporate event planners in San Francisco — hosted a Corporate Conference in the breathtakingly beautiful and iconic Fairmont Hotel, sitting on the pinnacle of San Francisco’s Nob Hill like a crown jewel.

The Corporate Conference was a 3-day conference and brought in guests from all corners of the United States, as well as a large number of local attendees. The guests participated in all-day meetings with guest speakers, round table discussions and team building events, as well as a formal Corporate Dinner and a Corporate Cocktail Reception.

COCKTAIL AND MEAL COORDINATION

As with all corporate company events planned by Hunter Events, the guests were well cared for each and every minute of the conference. Throughout the day-long meetings, guests were provided refreshments and light snacks to remain energized and focused all day. Hunter Events even created custom M&M candies printed with the Client’s logo and messages as a special treat for the attendees.

VENUE SEARCH AND PRODUCTION

As one of the best event planning companies in San Francisco, our team puts experience and skill to the test to search and select the finest venues around the world — appropriate to the client’s unique needs. As the only hotel directly located on San Francisco’s vibrant Nob Hill area, The Fairmont San Francisco Hotel offered visiting guests convenient access to some of the city’s most interesting landmarks. The hotel’s larger spaces and storied history comfortably accommodated all guests during the day-long meetings, and smaller-breakout rooms were offered for more intimate discussions and team building activities. Specialty reception rooms were also available to host the formal Corporate Dinner and Corporate Cocktail Reception.

For this Corporate Conference, Hunter Events set one of the beautiful ballrooms into an organized and functional meeting space. A stage was placed font and center with up-lighting to brighten the branded podium and company signage. Branded banners were also up-lit and placed throughout the room. One large video screen centered the stage and an audio-visual team, under the direction of Hunter Events, seamlessly deployed the live production during the meetings. Guests experienced the conference from round linen-draped tables for easier conversation amongst themselves.

EVENT IMPACT

Guests at the Corporate Conference were able to fully experience the important topics discussed during each meeting, break-out session and team building activity. The Client was pleased at the success of the Conference, as well as the outstanding service and event planning provided by Hunter Events. Our team was grateful to provide the Client with an impactful 3-day Conference during which their guests networked, met new faces (and reconnected other workmates) and learned new information — therefore making attendance extremely worthwhile.
