Hunter contracts, coordinates and manages all vendors, and charges a flat coordination fee, based on the scope and scale of the Project. Then, a detailed and concise budget is created for each Event. Finally, Hunter manages and runs the project on site from start to finish. After each Event or Conference, an analysis or project report is created, discussed and reviewed with each Client.
